The Maybelles are Rima Fand - violin, Tina Lama - upright bass, Philippa Thompson - mandolin, fiddle, washboard, and the saw, and special guest Hilary Hawke who you may have seen playing banjo with us - on lap steel today. We have a commitment to sustainable agriculture and proudly feature a changing menu reflecting the availability of the freshest ingredients including organic pork & poultry, grass fed beef, the finest seafood in NYC, seasonal produce from local farmers and our own house made desserts.
We are also committed to our community which is deeply rooted in the arts. Our gallery wall displays a different artist each month and our stage features musicians from down the street and around the world.
